Profile
Ms. Carter earned her undergraduate degree in education from
Oglethorpe
University. Receiving her master's and specialist's degrees in early
childhood education from Georgia State University, she was previously
employed in the Fulton County School System for 30 years as a classroom
teacher, curriculum support teacher, and K-12 reading specialist. Ms.
Carter
holds the position of
PSOE Assessment Coordinator. She presently teaches upper level education courses that address
differentiated instruction and assessment and
the integration of Social Studies and Language Arts curriculum.
