Profile
Julie Schultz earned her undergraduate and master's degrees from Florida
State University and her doctorate from Georgia State University.
Her dissertation study focused on how personality and prior experiences
can impact the development of a first-year secondary English teacher.
Her research interests are Vygotsky's activity theory and Howard
Gardner's Multiple Intelligences. Dr. Schultz teaches Introduction to
Reading, Reading Diagnosis and Common Elements: An Introduction to
Differentiated Instruction. She lives in Jasper, Georgia with her
husband, her new son, two dogs and three cats.
